We began with what we'd let go.

Our dog of fifteen years was part of the family. The chronic otitis that had settled in at some point would return to the same spot even after every clinic visit, and over time we watched her hearing slip away too. Each treatment helped her get past the moment, but once daily life resumed, the same problem was waiting again.

Around the same time, the founder was carrying a long-running ear discomfort of his own — too vague to call a real illness, too persistent to simply leave alone. The kind of symptom that follows daily life like a small shadow. We told ourselves it wasn't bad enough for a clinic, and put it off, again and again.

It became clearer that two very different lives were going through similar struggles in the same place. The hunch grew that the cause — and the answer — might not be all that different either. From around then, the thought took root: something we could do every day at home was missing.

Some places are easy to put off. Ears, hips, and more sensitive areas — the ones we don't tend to notice until a problem has already grown there. They're hard to reach in everyday life, and the right tools are not easy to come by. So they get neglected first, and attended to last.

ReviveLab began by turning our attention back to those places. Built on four core technologies — IR, Far Infrared, Microcurrent, and Magnetic Field — we make care devices for the stage before the clinic, designed to be used at home every day. Our first product, Dr. EarCare, is the starting point — and the beginning of a line that shares the same way of looking.

For fifteen years I worked in B2B sales and program management, watching products across many industries up close. After that stretch, I decided to start a company for the small troubles closest to us.

At ReviveLab, we work on small everyday symptoms — care that begins at home, before they grow into bigger problems. Starting from Busan, we plan to take it slowly, one place at a time.
